CPA Senior Corporate Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Corporate Accountant to join their Finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage portions of the month-end closing process and reconciliations
• Develop and document accounting policies and business processes to enhance internal controls
• Analyze financial statements and collaborate with various departments regarding accounting procedures

Required Qualifications

• BS degree in Accounting preferred; CPA required
• 3+ years of experience in corporate accounting with a focus on the monthly close process
• 1-2 years of public accounting experience, preferably in a Big 4 firm
• In-depth understanding of GAAP and experience in applying its principles
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite, and advanced Excel skills
