CPA Senior Director of Accounting

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes ensuring accurate financial reporting
• Oversee the implementation of a new ERP system and manage the Client Accounts team
• Manage acquisition accounting and integration, including purchase price accounting and valuation reports

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA Certification required
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory roles
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and ASC 805 purchase price accounting
• Prior experience with ERP implementation; familiarity with systems like Intacct or NetSuite preferred
• Experience with custodial accounts or DAF structures is a plus
