CPA Senior Director of Accounting

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Technical Accounting and External Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee technical accounting consultation and documentation of complex accounting issues
• Manage the external reporting compliance function, including Forms 10-Q and 10-K
• Provide training on accounting standards and serve as a key contact for audit firms

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA certification required
• Minimum of 12 years of related work experience in GAAP accounting and SEC requirements
• At least 6 years of auditing experience within a large, multi-national public accounting firm
• Experience in a publicly-held company preferred
