CPA Senior Director of Accounting

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Technical Accounting and Business Enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Own ASC 606 and ensure compliance with global revenue policies
• Structure complex contracts in collaboration with Deal Desk, Legal, and Sales leadership
• Lead GTM strategy discussions and provide training on revenue principles across the organization

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in revenue accounting and reporting in a publicly traded SaaS or high-tech company
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is mandatory; expert knowledge of ASC 606 is essential
• Experience with SOX-compliant policies and system implementations (e.g., RevPro, NetSuite, Salesforce)
• Proven track record of influencing business decisions for compliance and commercial success
• Executive presence to articulate complex technical issues to diverse audiences
