CPA Senior Director of Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Finance Transformation & Technical Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of internal control frameworks and process changes for SOX compliance
• Assess and redesign financial and operational processes to enhance efficiency and control objectives
• Serve as the internal expert on complex accounting topics and support financial statement preparation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA required; Big 4 background strongly preferred
• 10+ years of experience in business transformation, internal controls, audit, or technical accounting leadership roles
• Expertise in US GAAP, SEC regulations, and PCAOB audit standards
• Hands-on experience leading SOX compliance programs in public or late-stage private companies
