CPA Senior Director of Financial Reporting

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Financial Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and review of financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP
• Oversee the external audit process and act as the primary liaison with auditors
• Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with GAAP

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA required; Master's degree preferred
• 15+ years of experience in accounting or financial reporting, with at least 10+ years in a leadership role
• Expertise in U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting, and internal control frameworks (i.e., SOX 404)
• Experience leading large audits and managing relationships with external auditors
• Familiarity with ERP and financial reporting systems (i.e., NetSuite and Workiva)
