CPA Senior Director of Revenue Accounting

Job Summary

To lead the global revenue recognition function, the full-time salaried CPA Senior Director of Revenue Accounting will ensure compliance with US GAAP (ASC 606), oversee revenue accounting practices, and partner cross-functionally to support strategic initiatives such as transitioning to subscription-based models.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain cross-functional partnerships to anticipate financial implications of business decisions
• Lead enterprise-wide initiatives including ERP transformation and process optimization while ensuring compliance with revenue recognition standards
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, influencing business decisions through accounting expertise

Required Qualifications

• CPA certification required
• 15+ years of progressive accounting experience with significant leadership responsibility in a global organization
• Deep expertise in US GAAP and ASC 606 revenue recognition
• Proven experience leading global accounting functions and developing leaders
• Experience with financial systems and revenue automation tools preferred
