Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate financial audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory and investor requirements
• Supervise the preparation of financial statements and ensure alignment with US GAAP
• Oversee tax obligations and ensure compliance with local statutory bookkeeping and reporting requirements

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA certification
• 12+ years of relevant experience in finance
• Experience with preparing financial statements and managing general ledger accounting
• Expert knowledge of Excel and ERP systems
