CPA Senior Finance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Finance - FP&A / Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Director, Finance in month-end close and financial reporting
• Assist in the development and review of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting models
• Manage the department's workflow, production, and quality standards while overseeing financial analyses and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of accounting or financial analysis experience
• Previous management experience with responsibilities for hiring and performance management
• Experience in public accounting and healthcare or insurance is preferred
• CPA certification is preferred
