CPA Senior Financial Reporting Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst, fully remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation of financial statements and disclosures in compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations
• Draft and coordinate Forms 10-Q and 10-K, including oversight of XBRL tagging
• Manage the financial reporting calendar and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely filings

Qualifications:

• Deep technical expertise in U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations
• CPA designation required
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in public accounting and/or financial reporting
• Big 4 experience preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe
