CPA Senior Lease Accountant

Job Summary

To support accurate financial reporting, the full-time remote Senior Lease Accountant will perform month-end close processes, journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis while providing critical accounting insights for financial decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Perform and review monthly close activities, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and variance reports to track financial performance
• Support tax filings and regulatory reporting, ensuring compliance with GAAP and company policies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
• 3-5 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or audit required
• Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (MBA) preferred
• Experience in corporate accounting, tax, or intercompany transactions preferred
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) preferred
