CPA Senior Manager

Job Summary

Providing strategic oversight and leadership, the full-time remote CPA Senior Manager will manage complex client engagements, optimize outsourced accounting functions, and serve as a trusted financial advisor while mentoring a high-performing team.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of accounting processes, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and compliance with GAAP
• Oversee the delivery of financial statements and KPI reporting, supporting clients' operational and strategic decision-making
• Cultivate long-term client relationships by offering proactive financial insights and identifying business development opportunities

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in general accounting
• CPA license or eligibility preferred
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• Extensive knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting frameworks
• Proven ability to lead financial transformation efforts and manage complex client portfolios
