Job Summary
To support a dedicated nonprofit practice, the full-time salaried CPA Senior Manager, Assurance will manage client engagements, ensure compliance with reporting requirements, and facilitate staff development while focusing on employee benefit plan audits.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule client engagements to meet all deadlines
- Review financial statements and work papers for compliance with quality control standards
- Develop new client relationships and recognize opportunities for additional services
Required qualifications
- CPA Certification required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in public accounting, with at least 3 years as a senior (in-charge) accountant
- Experience with ERISA employee benefit plan audits is required
- Ability to conduct research and analyze information effectively
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship
