CPA Senior Manager, Corporate Accounting

Job Summary

Driving the execution of corporate accounting operations, the full-time remote CPA Senior Manager, Corporate Accounting will manage month-end close workflows, oversee balance sheet reconciliations, and ensure audit readiness while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day operational execution of the US corporate general ledger close, ensuring accuracy and adherence to internal accounting policies
• Oversee accrual accounting processes and act as the primary reviewer for corporate lease accounting under ASC 842
• Directly manage and mentor a high-performing team of corporate accountants, fostering a culture of accountability and technical rigor

Required qualifications

• 8-10+ years of progressive corporate accounting experience, including 3+ years in a people management role
• Strong understanding of US GAAP, lease accounting (ASC 842), and internal control frameworks (COSO / SOX)
• Experience in high-growth technology or consumer products environments
• Advanced proficiency with Tier-1 ERP systems (NetSuite, Oracle) and close management platforms (e.g., FloQast)
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; active CPA designation required
