CPA Senior Manager, Financial Reporting

Job Summary

To support a growing financial reporting function, the full-time remote Senior Manager, Financial Reporting will lead the execution of internal and external reporting, manage SEC filing preparations, oversee audit coordination, and ensure compliance with SOX while developing a team of accounting professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and review of SEC filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations
• Manage the month-end close process for technical accounting areas and review deliverables from direct reports
• Act as the primary contact for external auditors, managing audit requests and facilitating timely resolutions of open items

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant financial reporting experience, preferably with Big 4 public accounting experience
• CPA or similar professional designation required
• 4+ years of people management experience with a proven ability to develop high-performing teams
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC rules, and SOX 404 compliance
• Proficiency with Workiva; experience with NetSuite and SOX compliance is a plus
