CPA Senior Manager, IP Validation

Job Summary

Overseeing the maintenance of accurate financial records, the full-time remote CPA Senior Manager, IP Validation will prepare monthly estimates of inpatient incurred but not reported expenses, collaborate with the Utilization Management team to ensure data accuracy, and develop standardized review processes for inpatient spending.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain monthly estimates of inpatient incurred but not reported (IP IBNR) expenses
• Collaborate with the Utilization Management team to establish a recurring validation process for inpatient authorization data
• Oversee the preparation of accurate financial reports and analyses related to inpatient spending

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of accounting or financial analysis experience, with previous management experience
• Experience in public accounting, operations, or financial analysis preferred
• Healthcare insurance experience strongly preferred
• CPA certification preferred
