Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• CPA designation with a bachelor's degree in accounting; master's degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in accounting and finance, particularly with not-for-profit organizations
• Experience leading client engagements and managing teams in a professional services environment
• Strong knowledge of financial forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and analytics
• Proficiency with financial management systems and related technologies
