CPA Senior Manager - Not-for-Profit

Job Summary

To support not-for-profit organizations, the full-time remote CPA Senior Manager - Not-for-Profit will manage client engagements, oversee financial reporting, and mentor team members while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and lead client engagements, including monthly close and consulting projects
• Serve as a key client contact, building relationships and ensuring timely deliverables
• Prepare and present financial results and analysis to client management and committees

Required qualifications

• CPA designation with a bachelor's degree in accounting; master's degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in accounting and finance, with significant not-for-profit experience
• Demonstrated experience leading client engagements in a professional services environment
• Strong knowledge of financial forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and analytics
• Proficiency with financial management systems and related technologies
