CPA Senior Manager of Accounting

Job Summary

Seeking a Senior Manager of Technical Accounting, this full-time remote position will lead the interpretation and implementation of accounting standards, support global financial reporting processes, and ensure consistency in accounting practices across business units.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the interpretation, implementation, and documentation of new and existing accounting standards
• Directly support the global financial reporting process for quarterly and annual financial statements
• Maintain global symmetry and consistency in accounting practices, policies, and procedural protocols

Required qualifications

• 10-12 years of financial statement audit and reporting experience within a public accounting firm or a large, multi-national public company
• At least 5 years of experience operating successfully at a manager level or above
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is strictly required
• Strong knowledge of United States Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP)
• Proven ability in navigating complex corporate environments and collaborating with senior management
