CPA Senior Manager of SEC Reporting

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the preparation and timely filing of SEC reports, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and SEC regulations
• Lead the review process with legal, external auditors, and internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy and alignment
• Research and assess new accounting standards and SEC requirements, providing technical accounting guidance as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; active CPA required
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 2-3 years in a leadership role
• Deep experience in SEC reporting and financial statement preparation in a public company
• Strong foundation in US GAAP and SEC regulations
• Experience with Workiva required; NetSuite preferred
