CPA Senior Manager, SEC Reporting

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead preparation and filing of external financial reports in compliance with SEC requirements
• Oversee the development of technical accounting memos and ensure compliance with US GAAP
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate financial reporting and support strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 6 years with a Master's degree, or a PhD with 3 years of experience
• Certification of Public Accountancy (CPA) designation required
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SEC rules, and SOX compliance
• Experience with public company filings and complex transactions
• 4+ years of experience leading team members with a focus on training and mentorship
