CPA Senior Manager, Technical Accounting

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Technical Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical accounting subject matter expert, supporting the Director of Accounting Policy
• Research complex accounting issues under U.S. GAAP and IFRS, and prepare technical memos and position papers
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors to support audits and assist in acquisition-related accounting activities

Required Qualifications

• Strong technical expertise in U.S. GAAP and IFRS with 7+ years of relevant accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; advanced degree is a plus
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required
• Proven experience in technical accounting research and drafting accounting memoranda
• Ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
