CPA Senior Manager, Technical Accounting

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Technical Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical accounting subject matter expert and support the Director of Accounting Policy
• Research complex accounting issues under U.S. GAAP and IFRS, and prepare technical accounting memos and position papers
• Collaborate with various teams and auditors to support accounting policy development and implementation of new accounting standards

Required Qualifications

• Strong technical expertise in U.S. GAAP and IFRS with relevant accounting experience
• 7+ years of accounting experience, preferably with Big 4 public accounting or in a large publicly traded company
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; advanced degree is a plus
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required
• Proven experience in technical accounting research and drafting accounting memoranda
