CPA Senior Manager, Technical Accounting

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Technical Accounting to join their Accounting team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical accounting work under US GAAP and statutory reporting, collaborating with the Tax Team
• Develop and maintain accounting policies, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Work with external auditors on technical accounting matters and review financial disclosures related to accounting policies

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or 4 years of relevant experience
• Certified Public Accountant licensure (CPA)
• 2+ years of experience with US-based insurance companies
• 2+ years of practical experience in financial reporting
