CPA Senior Manager, Technical Accounting

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Technical Accounting and Financial Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of annual and interim U.S. GAAP financial statements and related footnotes
• Serve as primary liaison with external auditors, managing audit execution and issue resolution
• Research, analyze, and document complex technical accounting matters and draft related accounting policies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with an active CPA license
• 8-12+ years of progressive accounting experience, including a combination of Big 4 public accounting and/or industry experience
• Deep understanding of U.S. GAAP and strong technical accounting capabilities, with required exposure to SEC reporting
• Demonstrated ability to independently evaluate complex accounting issues and develop well-supported conclusions
• Experience with stock-based compensation accounting and equity administration
