CPA Senior Tax Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Tax (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review federal, state, and local income tax returns and provisions
• Supervise information gathering for tax provisions and manage IRS and state tax audits
• Assist in developing and mentoring Tax team members and participate in special projects

Required Qualifications

• Seven to nine years of experience in US corporate income tax, preferably with Big Four experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business, or equivalent education and experience
• CPA preferred
• Experience with ASC 740 is required
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tax assignments in a fast-paced environment
