CPA Senior Tax Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled Senior Tax Manager to lead complex tax engagements and provide strategic advisory services in a fully remote, full-time position, while mentoring a growing team and building long-term client relationships within the veterinary practice sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and review complex tax engagements, including 1120S, 1065, and 1040 returns
• Serve as a strategic advisor to veterinary practice owners on tax planning, entity structuring, and long-term financial strategies
• Mentor junior staff, manage multiple client engagements, and collaborate on operational improvements and strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Active CPA license required
• 7+ years of progressive public accounting tax experience preferred
• Strong experience in reviewing and managing complex tax engagements
• Proven ability to lead client relationships and deliver advisory-focused guidance
• Experience mentoring staff in a collaborative, remote environment
