CPA Senior Technical Accounting Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a Senior Technical Accounting Manager, the full-time remote role will manage complex accounting issues and transactions, provide technical accounting guidance, and ensure compliance with new accounting standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally to identify, resolve, and document accounting issues in high-quality technical memos
• Develop technical accounting memoranda and policies for new products and transactions, conducting independent research as necessary
• Monitor new accounting pronouncements and regulatory updates, ensuring company-wide policies remain current

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA or equivalent professional certification required
• 10+ years of experience in public accounting or high-growth technology companies, with exposure to complex technical accounting matters
• Strong command of U.S. GAAP and a working understanding of IFRS concepts
• Proven ability to deliver against objectives and manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across functions and levels within the organization
