CPA Staff Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant, IT Finance to assist with financial reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries and supporting analysis for monthly and quarterly close processes
• Complete account reconciliations for general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Support internal and external audit requests by preparing necessary documentation

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in accounting
• Intermediate or Advanced Excel competency
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• Basic understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
• Familiarity with internal controls over financial reporting
