CPA Staff Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and expense processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and employee reimbursements
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, including balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries
• Support financial reporting and audit processes, providing necessary documentation and analysis for internal and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; Master's of Accountancy is a plus
• 1+ years of experience in accounting or a related field
• Active CPA license or working towards obtaining one
• Proven knowledge of U.S. GAAP
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and formatting
