CPA Staff Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant, Cash - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries and supporting analysis for monthly and quarterly close processes
• Complete account reconciliations for various general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies
• Support internal and external audit requests by preparing necessary documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
• A combination of education and experience in accounting or finance may be considered in lieu of a degree
• 1-3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or related financial operations required
• Experience with general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation preferred
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
