CPA Staff Accountant

Job Summary

To support a collaborative accounting team, the full-time remote CPA Staff Accountant will prepare and analyze financial statements, manage journal entries, and reconcile general ledger accounts while applying accounting principles.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports
• Prepare journal entries and conduct variance analysis of budget vs. actual results
• Reconcile and analyze general ledger accounts in accordance with accounting principles

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field
• CPA certification
• No prior experience required
• Preferred 2-5 years of relevant experience
