CPA Staff Accountant II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant II, Balance Sheet Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the monthly balance sheet account reconciliation process for multiple entities
• Review account activity, identify reconciliation variances, and ensure timely resolution
• Support quarterly reviews and annual audits by providing documentation and responding to auditor inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in healthcare or hospital industry
• Strong understanding of GAAP and internal control principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Certification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
