CPA Tax and Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax and Accounting Manager for a remote, full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for individuals and business entities
• Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services year-round
• Mentor junior team members and conduct technical tax research to ensure compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years in public accounting or a similar tax and advisory role
• 10 or more successful tax seasons preparing individual and business returns
• 2 or more years of experience reviewing and coaching staff in a public accounting environment
• CPA or EA designation is required
