Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Tax to lead strategic tax planning and compliance functions for renewable energy operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead tax strategy development and implementation across the organization's portfolios
• Oversee preparation and filing of tax returns and manage tax provisions for financial statements
• Build and lead a high-performing tax team while collaborating with various internal teams on strategic initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA required
• Master's degree in Taxation or Law degree (JD/LLM) preferred
• Minimum 10+ years of progressive tax experience with renewable energy sector exposure
• Deep understanding of renewable energy tax incentives and project finance structures
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and complex projects
