Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and perform final reviews on complex tax returns
• Serve as the primary tax advisor for business clients and deliver proactive planning strategies
• Lead, mentor, and develop the tax preparation team while implementing review protocols

Required Qualifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required
• 12+ years of progressive tax experience
• Strong mastery of small business taxation, including S-corps, partnerships, and corporations
• Prior experience in high-volume return environments
• Demonstrated leadership skills and accuracy in tax practices
