CPA Tax Director - Ontario

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax Director - PCS (Canada) to lead tax planning and compliance services for high-net-worth individuals and closely held businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide tax compliance and consulting to high-net-worth individuals, partnerships, and corporations
• Oversee complex tax research projects and manage the delivery of tax consulting services
• Develop and mentor tax seniors and associates while managing multiple engagements

Required Qualifications

• 7 or more years of experience in public accounting with a focus on Tax
• BS/BA degree in Accounting or related field; Master's degree is a plus
• Licensed CPA or EA certification
• Experience managing complex tax issues and projects across various entities
• Ability to generate business and manage staff effectively
