CPA Tax Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax Lead to architect AI-driven tax planning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Interface with clients to provide proactive tax insights and a high-quality experience
• Prepare, review, and file tax returns for high-net-worth households and related business returns
• Architect tax logic into decision trees for AI development and train AI systems to ensure accurate tax advice

Required Qualifications

• Active CPA license with a minimum of 5 years of experience
• Experience preparing, reviewing, and/or filing over 500 individual tax returns
• Experience working with clients having a net worth between $1M and $25M
• Familiarity with business returns, including S-corps and partnerships
• Logic-driven mindset with a technology-forward approach
