Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review federal and multi-state corporation income tax returns
• Consult with clients on tax questions and assist in M&A transactions
• Manage and develop team members through coaching and performance management

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of corporate income tax experience
• 3+ years in multi-client public accounting
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Tax
• Licensed CPA required
• Strong knowledge of federal and multi-state corporation income tax returns
