CPA Tax Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax Manager/Senior Manager to advise clients on tax implications and manage tax compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage client engagements, ensuring timely communication and quality standards
• Prepare and review tax provisions and returns, including audits under ASC740/IFRS
• Supervise and train staff while identifying new business development opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; Master of Tax preferred
• Minimum 5 years of tax experience in public accounting or related fields
• Licensed CPA, J.D., LL.M, or EA required
• Proficient in corporate, individual, and partnership taxation
• Experience in supervising and training staff preferred
