CPA Tax Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax Manager - Private Equity.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between partners, clients, and staff while managing multiple projects and client engagements
• Supervise staff, provide training, and review tax returns and related work papers
• Maintain client relationships, anticipate engagement issues, and communicate progress and solutions effectively

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in accounting and tax with increasing responsibility
• Proven ability to generate new business for a CPA firm
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting
• Current and valid CPA license and membership in good standing with the AICPA
• Completion of at least forty hours of continuing professional education annually
