CPA Tax Manager

Job Summary

Leading complex client engagements, the full-time remote CPA Tax Manager will oversee the preparation and review of partnership tax returns, mentor staff, and develop strategies to optimize client tax liabilities while focusing on Renewable Energy and Partnership tax.

Key responsibilities

• Review and perfect tax returns while ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations
• Guide and mentor staff, developing quality control procedures and driving business growth
• Prepare insightful memos on tax issues and optimize client tax strategies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• CPA or EA certification
• 5+ years of public accounting experience
• Experience with Renewable Fuels is a plus
• Expertise in technical research and writing
