CPA Tax Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Remote Tax Manager will lead client engagements, manage office workflow, and prepare and review various tax returns while collaborating with professionals to achieve client goals.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and mentor staff to enhance their skills and career development
• Manage office workflow and procedures to ensure efficiency
• Prepare and review individual, corporate, partnership, and estate tax returns

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in tax return preparation and review
• BA or higher degree in accounting
• CPA or EA certification required
• Prior team management experience is a major plus
