Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the remote CPA Tax Manager will oversee multiple client engagements, manage tax compliance reviews, and consult with clients on tax matters while fostering team development and business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee client engagements, including tax planning and compliance for various tax forms
- Consult with partners and clients to provide comprehensive business solutions
- Develop and mentor staff while assisting in generating new business opportunities
Required qualifications
- BA/BS Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA or EA Certification required
- 5+ years of current public accounting experience
- 2+ years of experience leading teams and mentoring staff
- Experience with tax compliance and proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office
