CPA Tax Manager
Job Summary
Leading multiple complex client engagements, the full-time Tax Manager in Lead Tax Services will deliver innovative tax solutions, provide strategic consulting, and oversee team management in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage client engagements, delivering tailored tax solutions
- Provide strategic tax consulting and compliance services to identify efficiencies and minimize risk
- Mentor and develop junior professionals, fostering a culture of performance and growth
Required Qualifications
- BS in Accounting required; Masters in Taxation or LLM is a plus
- CPA, JD, or EA required
- Minimum of five years of progressive experience in public accounting or a corporate/public blend
- Experience with consolidated C-Corp, FAS 109, FIN 48, partnership, S-Corp, Individual, and/or multi-state taxation
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build client relationships
