To support a growing team, the full-time remote Tax Manager will manage client engagements, prepare and review various tax returns, and mentor staff while contributing to the firm's strategic goals.
Key responsibilities
- Lead client engagement and act as the primary relationship owner
- Prepare and review individual, corporate, partnership, and estate tax returns
- Coach and mentor staff to enhance their skills and career development
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in tax preparation and review
- BA or higher degree in accounting
- CPA or EA certification required
- Prior team management experience is a major plus
