CPA Tax Manager
Job Summary
To support a dedicated Tax Team, the full-time remote CPA Tax Manager will lead client relationships, prepare and review income tax returns, and provide tax projections and analysis for high-net-worth clients without the pressures of billable hours.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and sign tax returns for high-net-worth individuals, trusts, and businesses
- Create quarterly estimates and projections while ensuring clear communication with clients regarding tax matters
- Mentor a team of tax associates and stay updated on tax law changes to advise clients effectively
Required qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of public accounting experience or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
- CPA and/or EA certification required
- Strong knowledge of tax codes and general accounting principles
- Experience with CCH software, including Axcess and Workflow, is a plus
