Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax Manager, Construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of tax professionals, delegating tasks and overseeing their work
• Develop and implement tax strategies while staying updated on tax laws and regulations
• Provide consulting services on tax-related issues, including mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructuring

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Master's degree in Taxation preferred
• 6+ years of federal tax consulting and/or compliance experience in accounting
• CPA is preferred
• Technical expertise in S-Corporation & Partnership taxation and multi-entity structures
