Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax Manager specializing in High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex 1040 engagements and manage client relationships with HNW/UHNW individuals
• Deliver proactive tax planning and support clients on complex investment and tax issues
• Manage team workflow, mentor staff, and improve processes for efficiency

Required Qualifications

• CPA required; EA or JD may be considered
• 6 to 10+ years of experience in public accounting with a focus on HNW individual tax
• Deep expertise in complex individual tax matters and strong review skills
• Experience in mentoring teams and managing competing deadlines
• Ability to explain complex topics to non-technical clients
