CPA Tax Provision Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax Provision Manager to lead global ASC 740 reporting and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end global close process in accordance with ASC 740, ensuring accuracy and control integrity
• Own global provision governance, including templates, review protocols, and documentation requirements
• Conduct technical analyses on ASC 740, business operations, and tax law developments

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 8+ years of corporate income tax experience with specialization in ASC 740
• Experience preparing and reviewing global income tax provisions for a public, multinational company
• Experience interacting with external auditors and supporting SOX controls
• Significant experience with foreign provision impacts and tax technology is preferred
